How It Works
Sell via Stripe
Public per-show buy page with multiple ticket types (GA, VIP, Reserved). Guest checkout supported. Tickets emailed automatically with QR-code links.
Anti-Counterfeit QR
Each ticket carries an HMAC signature derived from a server-only secret. Photos of valid QRs only work once — atomic single-use enforcement at the database level.
Web Scanner
Any modern phone with a camera becomes a door scanner. Live tally, manual fallback, vibration feedback. Logged-in tour staff only.
Live Manager View
Real-time dashboard: tickets sold, scan rate, gross revenue, refunds, per-type breakdown, and a 50-event scan log including forged-code attempts.
Refund-Aware
Stripe refunds flip the ticket status automatically. Re-scanned refunded tickets are rejected and returned to inventory.
